FOOD FITNESS by phone is a convenient, innovative approach to making lasting healthful changes to a person’s diet. Based on natural foods and simple, time-honored concepts, this versatile program takes into account individual needs and can benefit every member of the family. Kelly Hayford, nutrition and health coach, facilitates the FOOD FITNESS by phone programs via teleconference call from her home office – or where ever she may be.

Acknowledging that making lasting dietary and lifestyle changes takes time and commitment, Kelly developed the interactive teleconferencing format to make it easier for people to commit to attending. Participants call a teleconference number at the designated program time and listen to lectures, take part in discussions, ask questions, and gain group support. In addition to the live sessions, some programs are also recorded and may be listened to at the participant’s leisure – providing ultimate support and convenience.

The teleconferencing format also makes the programming available to people around the world, increasing the reach of Kelly’s mission to help people achieve optimal health. People from as far away as New Zealand and Australia have attended FOOD FITNESS by phone programs from the comfort of their own homes just by picking up their telephone!

FOOD FITNESS by phone offers three program categories to suit a variety of needs. Each provides an abundance of practical tools and proven strategies that can empower individuals to formulate and integrate an Eating for Health lifestyle. Programs include:
  • The Basic Lifestyle Program - provides the practical know-how necessary to build a healthier eating lifestyle a person can live with. It brings awareness to our popular food culture and teaches people how to adopt and maintain a natural foods diet using five simple Eating for Health Guidelines that may be individualized.
     
  • Group Coaching Program - turns healthy eating into a game rather than a struggle. It provides support, guidance, encouragement, fun and friendly accountability - and most importantly, Strategizing to transform old habits into new ones.
     
  • Focus Programs - address specific nutrition and lifestyle issues, including: Overcoming Addictions to Extreme Foods, Helping Children and the Whole Family Eat Better, Improving Digestion and Elimination, Overcoming Obstacles to Eating for Health, Identifying & Clearing Food Allergies/Sensitivities, and Cleanse & Clear.
A new program starts each month. They may be taken in any order or combination and repeated as often as needed. In addition to ongoing teleconference programs, the companion website, www.foodfitnessbyphone.com, provides interactive online support.
